During the construction of a house with two or more residential floors, reinforced concrete floors are most often used. Since they have sufficient supporting properties. Wood overlaps are used in the construction of one -story buildings in which the attic of non -residential.

Attention should be paid and insulated. If the temperature on all tiers of the house is the same, then the overlapping in insulation do not need. If the house has a basement that does not heat, then the overlap must be additionally isolated.

Attention should be paid to sound insulation. The attic floors in sound insulation do not need, but they should be well insulated. The greatest attention in the ceiling should be paid to the place where the stove pipe passes. Since the holes can be formed there, through which moisture falls, heat is disturbed – and sound insulation is disturbed.
